Ari Super

How do I cancel Ari Super?

In the app, go to Profile › Settings and tap Manage subscription. Or open iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Ari. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. You keep Super until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, choose the purchase and tap Request a refund.

I paid for Super, but the app doesn’t show it

Go to Profile › Settings and tap Restore purchases on the Super card. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Will Ari remind me before my free trial ends?

Yes, if notifications are on for Ari. You choose two or three days ahead when you start the trial. The date is also on the Super card in Settings.

Your progress and account

How do I move my progress to a new iPhone?

Your progress lives on your iPhone and moves with it. Set up the new iPhone from an iCloud backup of the old one, or with Quick Start, and your progress comes along. Ari Super follows your Apple Account: if it doesn’t show, tap Restore purchases on the Super card in Settings.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Profile › Settings › Account › Delete account & data. It deletes everything from your iPhone and from our server straight away. It doesn’t cancel Ari Super, so cancel that first in Manage subscription.

My streak or progress looks wrong

Email us with what you expected to see and roughly when it changed, and we’ll look into it.

Ari chat

What is Ari chat?

A place to practise Hebrew by texting Ari. Ari is an AI: his replies are written by OpenAI, and he can get things wrong. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what’s sent.

Why did Ari stop answering?

Free learners get 10 messages a day, and they come back the next day. Ari Super lifts the limit.

A reply was wrong or not OK

Press and hold the reply, then tap Report this reply. You can also email us.

How do I turn Ari chat off?

Go to Settings › Ari chat and switch it off. Nothing more is sent. Clear chat history removes the chat from your iPhone.

Reminders

How do I change or stop my reminders?

Go to Settings › Reminders to pick a time or switch them off. If notifications are off for Ari in iPhone Settings, that screen has a button to turn them back on.

For parents

Is the app safe for children?

There are no ads and no tracking. For learners under 13, Ari chat is off, so nothing about your child leaves the iPhone. Settings and purchases sit behind a grown-up check.

Why can’t my child use Ari chat?

Ari chat sends what you type to an AI company, so it’s only for learners 13 and up. Everything else in the app, from lessons to stories and games, works the same.

How do I change my child’s age?

Open Profile › Settings, answer the grown-up check, then tap Age.

Something wrong in a lesson?

A typo, a wrong vowel mark or a recording that sounds off: email us the unit and lesson, or a screenshot. We fix these quickly.
